Membership Terms & Conditions
- Must be 18 years or older, sign the membership agreement, and provide a valid credit card upon enrolment.
- Agree to at least one 60-minute treatment per month for a minimum of 12 consecutive months, completed at the enrolled clinic.
- If you visit more than once per month, the corresponding amount is due upon receipt of additional treatment.
- If a monthly visit is missed, credit is given for the next month or the month thereafter.
- Automatic monthly deduction from the provided credit card for 12 months, plus applicable charges.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- Cancellation before the 12-month term requires signing a Termination of Contract Form; Regular price will be charged for the difference.
